EXPERIENCE
Field Geologist
Coventry Resources Ltd. September 2010 – July 2013
Worked directly in the field solo and with a team of geologists supervising and running various diamond
drill programs and soil sampling programs. Daily duties included core logging, supervising geotechnical
staff, monitoring ongoing diamond drilling, updating sections and daily correspondences with technical
director and senior management. Other various duties included submitting work assessment reports to
the Ministry of Northern Development and Mines, preparing various routing reports, supervising geology
summer students, interpreting historical drill data, creating maps and interpreting Soil Gas Hydroca rbon
soil sampling data with Mapinfo, field mapping and sampling(writing detailed grab sample descriptions),
and operating Trimble DGPS instruments.
Assistant Geologist
Delta Uranium – Kenora, ON Summer 2009
Operated scintollometer while mapping with project geologist; responsible for accurate readings. Also
switched roles with project geologist to take over mapping responsibilities. Created and maintained filing
system in office.
Summer Student Position
Ministry of Northern Development Summer 2008
and Mines (Ontario)
Assisted with field work, collating samples, accompanied resident geologist on client property visits and
helped with assessing client properties. Worked and interacted directly with clients in the office
addressing a variety of needs. Responsible for compiling assessment files on property claims. Assisted in
preparation of symposium, which consisted of gathering, assembling and distributing information.
