Spearheaded the Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC) project by formulating our cost number over
the life of the project (19M over 4 years) that resulted in the winning bid.
I did this on my own initiative, and then was named project manager.
Revenue was between 800k and 1.2MM per month over the 4 years Managed 27 HVAC installation crews
(subcontractors) also designed Excel workforce (crews) calculator to fit the specific project.
Included 9 full time electricians and miscellaneous subs as well.
Negotiated with primary (MAC government contracts), Secondary PM (Kraus Andersen) as well
subcontractors and legal representatives for all.
No Issues less than 1/2 of 1 percent corrections on 3000+ major residential HVAC jobs over 4 years.
Added 2MM/year revenue and great cash flow.
Estimated and bid a steam boiler for MAC as well over 150k.
No issues with that installation.
