• Managed all Capital Projects for the Anderson and Duncan Plants, including new layouts and plant expansion ( over
$5 Million).

Served as Manager of the Manufacturing Engineering and Mold Maintenance Departments. Responsible for all capital
projects and for new product launches, new technologies implementation, and cost improvement projects.
Accomplishments:
• Saved over $2.7 Million / year after process optimization, re-engineering of processes and equipment upgrade as follows:
• Developed the process, re-engineered the equipment and implemented in production two ABS materials as replacement for
PVC in thermoforming - savings over $1.8 Million. / Year.

both plants of Nero Plastics.

• Managed the engineering projects from design to production (complete hoods and body parts), for
Caterpillar, Delphi, Jeep, Kenworth and New Flyer (including ten RTM and four compression molds), and the
day-to-day activities of the manufacturing engineering, tooling and maintenance departments to ensure objectives are
achieved.
• Support the implementation of organizational tools such as Scrap Track System, TPM, Kanban and MRP
- Visual Manufacturing.
• Implemented "First piece inspection” and "Corrective Action Plan" - decreased the scrap by 3%.
