needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

• Extensive ability to complete routine paperwork.

• Excellent skills in the use of operating basic office equipment, such as personal computers, photocopy machines,

FAX machines, telephones, etc.

• Exceptional ability to maintain quality, safety, and infection control standards.

• Sound ability to follow routine verbal or written instructions.

• Considerable experience with the Allscripts/Misys Hospice program.

• Highly effective communication (written and verbal) skills.
