Experience
May 2013 to present: Program Director of Project Africa, a non- profit organization run by
New School students (Volunteer)
I am responsible for logistics and operations of all events (panels, discussions, co-sponsorship). I
am assisted by the President and Executive Board.
I assist the Finance Officer in budgeting, funding and payouts for events. I also serve as point of
contact in the absence of the President.
February 2013 to present: Political Analyst for Sant Yalla Radio Show in New York
I analyze global political issues, with a focus on Africa.
March 1st-5th 2013: Participated as a volunteer in the High Level Task Force for IPPF
(International Planned Parenthood Federation) world conference on ending violence
against women and girls and fulfilling sexual reproductive rights. (New York)
September 2012 –present: Consultant at Media Impact, New York, NY
Assist the Program Director and Communications Manager in programs focused on
climate change, sustainability, health, agriculture, gender, domestic violence and
HIV/AIDS etc… These projects are being implemented in post-conflict zones and in poor
African countries mainly.
In this respect, I conducted research on logging activities and deforestation in Liberia and
Guinea. I made recommendations aimed at discouraging logging activities and
implementing alternative ways that would give sustainable revenues to the government
and people, while preserving the threatened fauna and flora.
September 2012: Rand/ United Nations seminar for First Ladies of Africa
I participated as an interpreter in the Africa First Ladies Initiative held at the Ford
Foundation, during the 2012 United Nations General Assembly.
The objective of the seminar was to teach effective program planning and
implementation to Africa First Ladies.
Panelists: G.E Healthcare Africa, The George W. Bush Center, American Cancer Society,
Goldman Sachs, Media Impact, PMII, and MERCK.
March 2012: Program and Communication advisor of Pr Ibrahima Fall,
Presidential candidate.
During the past Senegalese presidential elections of March 2012, I was the
communication advisor of Pr. Ibrahima Fall, former U.N under Secretary General for
African politics and Human Rights.

Wrote articles focused on political, security and development issues.
June 2011- Present: Founder and CEO of K Sales International- New York
K Sales International is a platform that aims at linking traders and government officials
around the world. A particular focus is geared towards the effective participation of
African countries in international trade.
