Project 1 – Assistant Project Manager / Business Analyst (Jan 2012 - Jun 2013)

Managed requirements and scope in a large software development project using Java, Oracle SQL

and related technologies with a peak team-size of 100. Acted as the interface between software

development teams and business analysis team providing status updates to senior management.

The tool used by over 1000 users globally resulted in 20% productivity improvement for key

business communities.

Project 2 – Project Leader (Jan 2011 - Jan 2012)

Led the Cognizant team responsible for the migration of the client’s IT Service Management (ITSM)

tool to a SaaS (cloud) solution – ServiceNow. The project aimed to improve the client’s ITSM

processes like incident management and change management according to ITIL v3 standards.

Responsible for defining business requirements, defining quality standards and setting up a

production support team on completion of the project.

Project 3 – Delivery Leader (Feb 2009 – Dec 2010)

Managed the production support of 10 applications with a 12-member team. The project was a

strategic takeover of the production support of 30+ applications in the clients IT portfolio.

Led a project team implementing a mission critical software solution generating email and SMS

alerts to airport managers of a leading American Airline when specific events occur. Responsible for
