from 5 domestic Distribution Centers, importing 70% of the product line from 18 overseas suppliers,

located in 4 countries. Managed a Production Planning staff of 6 and a Customer Service staff of 23.

Established the plan, rollout, implementation procedures, & inventory control mechanisms to ensure the

success of overseas warehousing at 6 separate suppliers located throughout China, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Led an implementation design team through the creation & rollout of an online ordering system that allows

dealers to enter their own orders and receive immediate confirmation of availability and order shipment status.

Accomplished the design, development, and implementation of new sales force automation programs that
