. Established Human Resources Department - created Employee Handbook;

Employee Performance Evaluation Program; Compensation Guidelines; New

Hire Orientation Program; Recruitment Guidelines and Training &

Development Programs.

. Responsible for Employee Relations, Payroll, Benefits, Compliance with

. Employee headcount fluctuated between 200 and 400 from 1991 to 2010
