ERB TRANSPORT - Vaudreuil-Dorion, QC - September 2011 to January 2013

Responsibilities

- check e-mails for pertinent information of the day

- check all delivery routes which were assigned to appx. 15 drivers by night shift routers

- look up pick ups in AS400 system and assign to driver by satellite system which may be on his/her delivery

route

- 10:00 am start routing all Quebec city freight, enter in system in proper loading sequence for dock personnel

- afternoon give remaining pick ups to drivers for night time outbound loads

- answer all customer queries regarding dispatch, i.e. ETA of drivers, adding freight, etc.

- take pick up calls should that department be over loaded

- help co-dispatcher with tractor trailer P&D's

Evening Dispatcher

ERB TRANSPORT - Dorion, QC - March 2008 to September 2011

Responsibilities:

- Shift starting at 15:30 to 00:30

- Verifying what is left to pick up and deliver when starting shift and planning with drivers accordingly.

- Taking over from day dispatchers and coordinate drivers to finish all pick ups for westbound and local freight.

- Ensuring all westbound freight to various terminals throughout Ontario and Manitoba are

dispatched out on LTL's and T/L.

- Moving drivers on a satellite computer system from terminal to pick ups and deliveries.

- Taking calls from customers inquiring on pick up times and all other inquiries.

- Coordinating with dock Supervisor with regards to the sequence freight should be loaded in trailers.

- Handling any accidents or breakdowns that may occur during a shift and informing all responsible for such

occurrences by e-mail or text or by using proper satellite macros.

- Manifesting all outbound trailers and dispatching to proper drivers.

- Computer troubleshooting drivers moves.

- Dealing with any other problems that may occur during a shift, i.e., a driver becoming ill, having to change

the original plan for such a reason.

Linehaul Dispatch Supervisor

REIMER EXPRESS LINES LTD - Montréal, QC - December 2005 to March 2008

Job Summary: Dispatch and supervise extended City and Linehaul personnel.

Responsibilities:

- Shift starting at 18:00 - Take over city dispatch and finish pick ups for the day.

- Ensure all containers are delivered to CN yard including chassis. Input data in system, i.e. serial no. of chassis

and container for CN and make appointments for delivery. Contact with CN, i.e delays, line ups or any other

problems which may occur to ensure containers are delivered on trains on time.

- Prepare line up with Central Dispatch for all outbound LTL.

- Prepare line up for switches to Albany for extended city drivers and coordinate with Relay.

- Load and close trailers in the system and dispatch to appropriate drivers.

- Ensure all US bound loads have been accepted by the border crossing ACE system.

- Ensure all Dangerous Goods shipments are properly documented and correct placarding is in place.

- Work with Customs Department to ensure that all US documents are prepared.
