finishing of dentures. I also oversee the technician working on the ‘plaster

bench’. I am in charge of all model work and investing and processing.

Lab Technician

Carter Lab is a traditional dental lab only. Primarily, my responsibilities included

completing setups and making waxes on full and partial dentures.

Lab Manager

Produced complete and partial dentures; normally on a same-day basis limiting

only a certain number of cases per day. This would allow for the staff to still

focus on a quality product in a timely fashion. I was in charge of the lab and all

of its cases which came through. Along with keeping track of all supplies in the

lab, I also made sure the lab ran sufficiently and properly.
