. Consultant Rheumatologist, Department of Rheumatology, stfold Hospital,

Moss, Norway. (Since april 2013). Full-time, permanent.

1. Consultant in charge for a vast range of patients including:- Chronic

pain syndromes, fatigue, degenerative joint disorders, inflammatory joint

diseases, osteoporosis, spondyloarthritides, juvenile rheumatologic

diseases, SLE, Myositis, Connective tissue disorders & vasculitides.

2. Supervision and teaching of post-graduate trainees in

rheumatology.

3. Adept in use of ultrasound as an aiding tool for

diagnosis, follow-up and arthrocenthesis.

4. Lead a multi-disciplinary team comprising nurses,

occupational therapist, physiotherapist

and junior doctors.

Our department is active in 2 international, multicentre

studies. Namely the "NORVEAC "

project and the "ARCTIC" study.

5. Osteoporose workup and management with new treatments

6.Diagnosis and treatment of Lumbago,sciatica and spinal

stenose patients.
