content owners across multiple channels and platforms. In 2007 earned “Top Sales Rep” for the entertainment

business unit for exceeding annual quota by 183%. 2012 exceeded annual quota by 126%.

Continue to meet or exceed each quarterly quota. Negotiate several high dollar contracts and develop key strategic

relationships with independent studio executives, business development professionals, marketing and legal

personnel. Present to current and potential customers information on products for digital content piracy protection

solutions. Set up and attend trade show and film festivals –including CES, Sundance Film Festival and SXSW.

Develop “cold call” sales leads and close prospective business at maximum financial return. Develop and

implement an account plan for each assigned existing account where there is an actual or potential revenue

opportunity. Develop and maintain with sales team a detailed personnel and project organization chart for all

status, newly identified revenue opportunities, new and continuing issues, and a rolling action plan and forecast

for the account. Provide timely and accurate revenue input into the annual budget and strategic planning activities.

Provide continuous and timely feedback relevant to all customer discussions. Manage entertainment technology

resources to insure internal and external customer satisfaction. Maintain familiarity with all Rovi entertainment

technology products.

Macy’s, Palo Alto, CA (October 2004-current)

Work in tandem with management, attend daily sales manager meetings to asses staffing, recovery and
