Asset Management Organization.

Total Overall Medical Campus and Site Management. Responsible for 6 hospitals in

addition to multiple medical clinics and ancillary services providers throughout the

SW. Had approx.150 direct and indirect reports at all t imes with P&L responsibili ty

i n excess of $25M USD.

Completed multiple system integrations, facilities overhauls, total physical audits,

construction, plant expansions and oversight of the full spectrum of system facilities

management solutions. Specialized in clinical and facilities engineering to include;

budgeting, cost containment, employee retention, personnel performance &

i mprovement, cross utilization & t raining, r isk management, equipment utilization

& performance, facilities maintenance and cost containment procedures throughout

t he hospital or clinic.

Developed and implemented a unique strategy and team to market, sell and

i mplement a commercial web based EMR and Electronic Billing and Coding platform

to DR’s., clinics and small service providers. This enabled us to not only create

revenue for CER through additional sales and service opportunities; it also created

and 5 service organizations in 5 states.

Completed multiple Joint Commission reviews and site inspections with Zero Major

( Type 1) Deficiencies and few minor (Type 2) errors at any t ime.

ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY SERVICES, INC .

President 1997-2006

Directed start-up operations; including business development, marketing, financing

i nitiatives, financial management, logistics, HR, global exporting, facility sourcing and

buyout targeting, equipment refurbishments and clean room operations. Supervises 15

domestic and 7 international direct reports as well as 3 domestic partner organizations and

6 i nternational representative fi rms. Coordinates global representative agreements,

customer service and refurbishment hardware and software engineers and developers along

w ith operational procedures with affiliates in Europe and Asia.

Completed the purchase and relocation of seven equipment sets from US-based

manufacturing companies valued at $140M, representing over $455M in sales over

Purchased and liquidated a factory with Fujitsu Corp. during the shutdown of a

wafer manufacturing plant in England. Maintained P&L for staffing, operations,

and logistics with a $8.3M budget.

Service, Refurbishment, Installation and De-Installation responsibility for all wafer

fabrication facility equipment purchased or sold in all sales, purchases and

i nstallation campaigns on a global basis.

Logistical planning and implementation for multiple cross count ry and

i nternational factory moves, relocations and equipment purchases and sales. This

i ncludes air, over the road, sea and rail logistical planning for hundreds of shipments

and equipment moves in a very short timeframe, utilizing all methods of t ransport

for cost savings, equipment safety and installation planning at the destination.
