ℵ Job Responsibilities :
φ Working as a Management representative (MR) in the company and
responsible to Maintain and sustain the certification of ISO 9001:2008 (Quality
Management System) and ISO 14001:2004 (Environmental Management
System).
φ Being a Lead Auditor in ISO 9001:2008 responsible for the coordinate for the
Internal Audits twice in the Year across the company.
φ Being the MR of the company also coordinate with the accredited certification
body (In our Case ICS) for conducting the External Audit (Recertification +
Surveillance audit) once in a Year for Both the standards.

Instruction (WI) for the all the departments by coordinating with their

maintain timeliness in supply chain. Also helps supplier to identify the potential
risks and defects at manufacturing stage of the product itself.
φ Responsible for the Response time of the customer Complaints from the
manufacturing and Ware house. In addition to that my duty to identify the root
cause with help of Quality tools like Root cause analysis and 5 –Why, Finally I
need to use the problem solving tool 8D for severe complaint and close the
same by taking proper corrective and preventive actions.
φ I am sole responsible for the Implementation of the Global projects in INDIA.
Working as Global team members and closely coordinating with our corporate
ISRAEL team in developing, assembling, importing and exporting the products in
INDIA. As an example we as a team developed the Plastic Hydro-cyclone filter,
Connector Moulds from TAIWAN, Import Green House material from CHINA,
start assembly of Ventury injectors and Meganet Sprinklers.
φ During the Global Product development project I am responsible to coordinate for
the product design with ISRAEL team then convert it in the manufacturing
drawing and coordinate with supplier to make sample. In Next step I suppose to
coordinate with ISRAEL for the approval of the product with test results of INDIA.
φ As a part of “Key Responsibility Area (KRA)” I suppose to coordinate for the
training need identification by plotting competency matrix for all the
engineers.
I am an internal faculty for some training topics like “Awareness of ISO

φ My responsibility is to conduct the “Out sourced Product Quality Improvement
meeting” Quarterly once with all the SBU(Strategic Business Units – In our case

coordinating with Purchase department, Suppliers and Sales & Marketing

1987 with 2 injection molding machines at Halol, Gujarat (Western most part of India).

machines ranging from 35TONS to 800TONS, including a dedicated ISO Class 8 clean

φ Worked as a Senior Engineer Quality Assurance in the 100% export oriented unit in
the Shaily Engineering plastics.
φ I was responsible for the Incoming Inspection of the material which was received on
daily basis at Company receipt section.
φ Mainly I suppose to look in to the production of IKEA.
φ I was responsible for the stage inspection at production shop floor and pre-dispatch
inspection before the shipment.
φ The defined process flow from IKEA to be followed and coordinate with production
representatives to make it effective.

with management team and take corrective and preventive actions for the rejections.
φ Make the standardization of the Packaging of the IKEA products since it suppose to be

ℵ Job Responsibilities :
φ I was responsible for the documentation of ISO TS 16949:2002.
φ As a part of automotive standard I was responsible for following requirements.
Lay out inspection with help of measuring equipments like Profile projector
(Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)), Venier Caliper and Micrometer screw
Gauge of all the parts once in a year to ensure the dimensional stability.
Indirectly it helps us to identify the life of Moulds, Spares of Moulds and
preventive maintenance schedule of the Moulds.
Conduct the Measurement System Analysis (MSA) – Attribute for the
subjective moulding defects like short shot, burn mark, shrinkage, silver mark
and shade variation.
Make complete product file with Process flow chart (PFC), Potential Failure
Mode effect Analysis (PFMEA) and control Plan (CP).
The schedule to be made for the pre-dispatch inspection for all the products.
φ I was a member of the Customer complaint reduction project team and being a
part of it I suppose to establish the control at each steps of the Process.
φ The visual displays for the inspection to be made for the sorting and assembly
division.
φ The inspection reports to be made to check the parts at Moulding stage in three
aspects i) Dimensionally ii) Visually and iii) Functionally.
φ As a part of effective inspection mistake proof gauges to be made for measure the
integral parts of the connectors. It helps to measure the small internal structure of the
mechanism of Terminal Position Assurance of the automotive connectors.
φ Develop the training moulds for the i) Automotive ii) DIN and iii) MLX series for the
connectors and help to make the training material of Wire Harness division.
φ The training material to be made for all the measuring instruments like profile
projector, Vision check machine, Vernier capliper and shore hardness tester.

φ At the initial stage of the career when I joined the Multinational organization the my
prime job responsibility to learn the Rubber Injection moulding production techniques
from our seniors and German faculties as they are the masters in the processing of
Rubber parts.
φ As a first step I was expected by my senior to learn and do the parts extraction
from the moulds up to 20 days. Daily when I come to the company up to 8 hours I
use to stand on the machine near the machine operator and help him to extract the
parts and learn that how to minimize the defected which can be generated by the
men.
φ In second stage I anticipated to learn and do the mould loading and unloading with
help of forklift and I was qualified forklift driver and passed the internal test of the
company.
φ Then I was likely to be inserted the set process parameters in the machine panel
and start the machine and remain there up to OK serial production.
φ At a defined frequency I suppose to do the preventive maintenance of the mould
like tighten up the insert & mould Nut Bolt, Oiling and greasing of the mould, Cleaning
of the mould and light polishing of the mould.
φ I was responsible to allocate the manpower on the machine on daily basis.
φ The responsibility of handling shift independently is assigned to me in case of absence
of our senior.
φ Review the status of ON HOLD parts the concurrence to be taken from our senior
team was also use to come under my purview.
φ Also I was responsible to give my input and develop the product as well as process

identify and eliminate the Non value adding activities and generation of

the Quality Assurance department by reviewing my abilities by top management since

master batches and accelerators.
φ Moreover I was responsible for the Coordinating for taking the corrective and
preventive actions on receipt of the customer complaint by using the Quality problem
solving tools like fishbone diagram, 5-why analysis and 8D.
φ I was responsible to develop the rejection handling procedure & Quarantine area
handling procedure of each part family.
φ The method to be developed for the identification and tractability for track the material
production details.
φ The making of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) by personally going to
GERMANY at our corporate plant (WOCO Industrietechink GmbH) and take
approval from the customer is also assigned to me.
φ I was responsible to develop the training material for the Profile projector, in house
calibration of the weighing balance, Rehometer and tensile test machine. If any
software update will come in these machine I suppose to be incorporated the same in
the training material and keep all the moulds live for use.
