Title : PNEUMATIC THREE WAY TILTING TRAILER

My Role : Design and Fabrication

Abstract: It is one of the lifting systems in automobile. The lifting system is

pneumatically operated one. In this exiting triviver tipper one cylinder unit is

provided to unload the load in one direction. In our project we are providing to

more cylinders so that material can be unloaded in the other two directions i.e.

left side and right side.

Application: Easy to unloaded in both left and right directions.

Mini Project

Title : DESIGN AND FABRICATION OF ROLLING TYPE LUBRICATOR

My Role : Design

Abstract : For lubrication the chain drop flow lubricating system is used. But it

is sufficient to make uniform lubrication. The lubricating oil is not uniformely

formed on the surface of the roller link and pin link. For this reason the

partially lubricated roller link or pin link can be broken. Also the life time of

the chain get reduced. The design of roller lubricator is altered by regular

mode. In this design, the lubricating oil is uniformly distributed to the entire

roller link or pin link.

Application: This is avoiding the damage of the chain brake and increase the life

time of the chain.
