Processing insurance co pays and patient payments, answering billing questions.

Answering very high volume of inbound calls ensuring timely and accurate response to

patient and doctor messages.

Checking patients in and out for appointments, scheduling appointments, procedures and

Generate all paper claims for primary and secondary insurance. Ensure all paper claims

have required signatures, disclaimers, reports and EOBs attached per insurance type

specific requirements. Organize and file both, alphabetically and chronologically,

completed paper insurance claims and correspondence.
