OBJECTIVE

I am in search of Plastic Process Technician position, with an injection

molding company that has growth and stability where my skills and t raining

can be put to good use and I can continue to grow my knowledge. I am

looking for a position that is within commutable distance to where I am

l iving. I am currently living in Hickory, NC. I am also open to review any job

openings within driving distance of the H ickory area. I am looking for a

n ight 3rd shift position, and available from 10pm t ill 11 am.

SUMMARY

I have been in the Plastic Industry for approximately 9 years out of the last

18 years. I am looking for a challenging position. M y strong points are that I

am a Team Leader and out going. I l ike to look for ways to combine efforts in

t he job place to save labor, money, or both. I f inish tasks completely,

expeditiously, and in a safe manor. M y weak points are, the limi ted brands of

p resses and materials that I have worked with. I would like to go to school

someday and progress beyond a Process Technician position, possibly become

an engineer.

Responsible for 15 injection molding machines, which included the following:

* Minor repair tasks

*Daily cleaning and lubrication of tools

*Adjustments to robot settings or auto de-gater setting to achieve quality

parts

* Mold changes

*Processing materials to achieve quality parts

*Process monitoring to ensure quality parts are being produced and the
