. Oversee all student account services with the responsibility of ensuring
we meet regulatory compliance requirements while balancing operational

. Centralized and standardized the billing and stipend process for 60
ground campuses and our online division. Currently developing a strategy
to complete the centralization of the remaining 40 ground campuses that
are on different student information system.
. Developed metrics and reports to drive operational efficiency and manage
spending relative to centralizing the student account operations for 100

. Implemented a loan origination platform and servicing arrangement with an
outside vendor to provide students with an option to finance their student

. Oversee the cash management for student accounts relative to drawing down
