Main duties are to supervise operation & Maintenance for 2 sites (Badila

and Mangara).

. Ensure safe, efficient and cost effective operations through

proactive management of production and maintenance teams.

. Organize the work of the general production & maintenance contractor,

such as:

o installations (wells and plant) are operated according to company

requirements in terms of safety and operational aspects,

o production targets are reached, and proper metering of crude, gas and

water (produced and injected ) is ensured,

o effective maintenance (preventive and curative) is performed,

o validation of daily production figures (including well tests);

. Follow up of Commissioning activities

. supervise, if required, startup of new installations

. propose modifications to improve process performances or to reduce

maintenance costs;

. ensure elaboration and updating of operational procedures;

. liaise with other department such as Project, Construction, Drilling,

. Lead plant production operations to achieve planned hydrocarbon

targeted volumes (Quantities quality).

. Implement HSE policies, standards and procedures to ensure

integrity of people, environment, asset and reputation of the

company.

. Maintain effective first-line communication with customers and

joint-venture partners in order to enhance productivity and

relationship.

. Work closely with Maintenance superintendent in resolving plant

problems to improve plant availability and reliability.

. Assumes ownership of the equipment during and handover of all

equipments repairs wither by company staff or by third party.

. Prepare and manage production budget to ensure expenses remain

within business plan.

. Carry out staff annual performance appraisals. Carry out training

needs analyses, co-ordinate in execution of training plan for

Roles and responsibilities:

. Ensure HSE management system, legal requirements and company

policies are implemented effectively.

. In conjunction with Asset Team, commit to and deliver agreed upon

production volumes.

. Develop strategies with maintenance managers to deliver on BU

performance listed above

. Effectively integrate efforts with Maintenance Superintendents to

develop and manage operating, maintenance & projects budgets to

achieve annual and long range BU goals.

. Ensure Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) techniques are applied

appropriate through- out the organization and processes are in place

to close learning's from events, incidents, RCFA's.

. Track, report and lead efforts to eliminate sources of LPO's.

. Coordinate, with input from supervisor, peers and subordinates all

Company and BU goals for optimization of plant and well production.

Implement/report in accordance with applicable guidelines as may be

plant operations. Exact understanding and working knowledge of all

EH&S policies designed and built around environmentally safe

operations of the plant, and product throughput.

. Review on a daily basis oil and gas volumes from assigned facility and

wells.

. Investigate, interprets findings and directs personnel in the

correction of or repairs to well performance or plant deficiencies.

Interact with production reservoir and facility engineers to forecast

plan and implement schedules for routine well intervention.

. Provide input and well performance history to all disciplines to
