Project Leader: Private Banking Department-Front Office 2006-2011

Direct collaboration with the Head of Private Banking

Project management to identify and implement solutions in order to

optimize work processes throughout the departments of the bank (private

bankers, trading floor, front office, IT, central filing, legal and accounting)

Proposed solutions to problems highlighted by the Head of Private Banking

Conceptualize then implement and communicate new internal procedures

throughout the bank

Conceptualize and propose optimized solutions to the Management

Committee for agreement

Writing of the Business Continuity Plan for the private banking department

Rationalization and integration of operational banking procedures and
