In charge of Engineering, Construction, Environmental Services,
Security, Telco, IT, and Grounds in a Continuing Care Retirement
Community located on 27 acres.
Planned and implemented a combination phone/television/closed
circuit camera/high speed internet system for the facility. This
included install of a 100MPS fiber optic line and a new Mitel
combination digital/analog phone system which I was also trained
as the administrator on. This took 4 months to complete.
Started planning stages on the install of a solar panel field
that would cover our employee parking lot, cost no out of pocket
money, and reduce our electric bill by 15 to 20%.
6/2008 - 8/2009 Premier P&D, Morganville, NJ
Consultant
Was hired out as a consultant to the University of Akron during
their construction of a new stadium. Reported to Doc. Angelo
Monaco and was responsible for safety inspections and writing
policy and procedures for newly hired personal from 6/2008 till
6/2009.
From 6/2009 - till 8/2009 was hired by Arbor Glen as a consultant
to help develop their Director of Facilities.
