2004-2010, 2011-2012 projects on my own

Started own company, on an owner/operator mode which included training and

managing electrical, electronic and industrial engineers and crew for

electrical and instrument field works.

In every project, the development of the programming of PLCs and HMIs (due

to the responsibility) was my own. Also the inspection and authorization of

technical drawings, dtis, operator manuals and proyect books for the

appropiate corrections.

Participation in projects:

Polioles S.A. de C.V., (altamira facility)

Engineering, manufacturing, installation and startup of a system of bagging

and palletizing sacks of 40 kg. Which included the design, development of

structure, installation of weighing and pneumatic equipment and

electropneumatic control as well as the programming of the later (used for

this a clone of SLC 500 produced by Festo and RSLogix 500).

Cemex (barrientos facility)

Automation and total plant control, including sequence of raw material

feeding, speed control of rotary furnaces, emission gas cleaning and the

integration of protections to the control of oven and crude cement rotary

mills ( used in this development PLCs Honeywell an scan3000 for HMIs ).

Conversion pneumatic to digital of 3 reactors including control of supply

equipment, reactors control loops, installation of field equipment like

transmitters, control valves, temperature and level sensors. Detail

engineering and implementation (used for this PLCs Honeywell and fix of

intelllution for HMIs).

Monfel S.A. de C.V., (san luis potosi facility)

Installation and programming of PLC s and HMI in plants of acetylsalycilic

acid and acetaminophen. It includes the control of supply equipment, pumps,

reactors control loops and protections strategy( used for this PLCs

Honeywell and Fix of Intellution for HMIs).

Municipal presidency of tampico

Installation of an electrical substation and wiring distribution of at

tampico's municipal palace. Elaboration of an electrical audit of the

status of the electrical wiring and load balance of the building. On this

basis, installation of a substation with transformer, main interruptor,

load center, distribution centers and the installation of conduit and

electrical wiring for the air conditioning equipment in the building.

Portable equipment for weighing and sacking. Development and

implementation of 2 portable equipment for weighing and bagging product in

ton sac, using rice lake scales, Micrologix 1000 and festo pneumatic

equipment.

Autl n mining company S.A. de C.V., (tamos facility)

Automation of transportation and weighing of furnaces 9 and 10.

Replacement, installation, calibration and startup of 26 weighing scales of

raw material to furnaces (change of obsolete equipment). Japanese obsolete

magnacell equipment was replaced by rice lake equipment, including the

selection, adaption and replacement of weighing sensors.

Automation of control of 9 conveyors, including start and stop by level

requirement of furnace weighing scales .

Automation of a system consisting on 14 weighing hoppers, sequence of

vibrators and discharge gates to provide raw material to furnace weighing

scales (used for this slc 504, RSLogix 500 and RSView 32 for HMI).

Programming of HMI for total control of all the previous equipment and

reporting of raw material consumption.

networked programming of both terminal operator furnaces 9 and 10.

Automation of system of inclination correction of electrodes in furnace 9.

Modification to furnace electrode control equipment. Replacement of

obsolete equipment yuken with servomotors, in sensors, controllers and

Provided consultancy for plant installation project of sintering.

equipments in the sintering plant. Includes installation of conduit and

wiring signals.

sintering plant.

Automation of dust collector 2 in MOR plant. Wiring, installation and

setting of field equipment, development of SLC programming and control

cabinet Modification of HMI of the MOR process to include data from dust

collector 2. (used for this SLC 504, RSLogix 500 and RSView 32).

Automation of MOR II process. Wiring, installation and adjustment of field

transmitters, development and manufacture of operator console, controller

installation, wiring and PLC and HMI programming (used for this control

logix, RSLogix 5000 an RSView 32).

Modification to system of weighing and feeding of furnaces 9 and 10. Two

weighing hoppers are added to the system of weighing and feeding of

furnaces 9 and 10 and integrated to the control sequences, it includes the

installation, wiring, connection, configuration and startup of 2 weighing

cells, electronic scales, electrical feeders (power and control) and the

actualization of programs and HMIs using RSLogix 500 and RSView 32.

Modification to cooling alarms in furnaces 9 and 10. Increasing the size of

the cooling alarm panels in furnaces 9 and 10, includes the installation of

flow and temperature sensors and switches/indicators and the integration to

the original programming (Micrologix 1500 and RSLogix 500).

Testing, interconection, protections chek and startup of electrical
