comprehensive medical unit’s program. Carried out MD’s orders, dispensed

pain and various medical illnesses. Actively participated in Steering

Committee, Policy and Procedure Committee, Nurse Practice and Program

Committees.

Worked also at Main Jail and Elmwood Correctional Facility in mental
