• The overall project is designed to enhance airline yields by changing the world view of Yield

• Designed the system and coordinated the development effort by an off-shore team. This task

entailed user requirements analysis, feasibility studies, design, preparation of cost and time

estimates, coordination with off-shore developers, project monitoring, design and review of

testing strategies, and implementation.

• Led a major component (Forecasting and Network Optimization) module accounting for

70% of development effort and algorithmic complexity of the first phase of development.

• Used SAS extensively to explore integration of diverse data sources (DB2, SAS, Sequential

Files), to analyze data problems and to investigate remedial measures.

maintained an MS Access based database for tracking resolution of issues and changes.
