Weekly safety meetings and training on OSHA requirements, MSDA and emergency procedures.

Daily/weekly job site checks to insure subcontractors and labor crews meets or exceeds expected OSHA

requirements. Assess safety violations and implement fees and/or fines as appropriate.

Intrepet plans & engineering drawings:

Review blueprints and implement engineer changes as needed

Assure work crews provide quality workmanship through walk throughs, plan checks and inspections of

projects.

Increase profit by minimizing labor cost, material usage and waste.

Apply energy savings practices to provide the best customer satisfaction and savings.
