Employed as the Maintenance manager. I was responsible managing the
maintenance and janitorial departments. As a working manager I am
responsible for maintaining, installing and designing both electrical and

Employed as a HVAC/R technician in the Facilities Department. Responsible
for preventative maintenance and new installation of all HVAC/R equipment
on numerous buildings and greenhouses in use by the Holden Arboretum.
Routine building maintenance, which includes electrical upgrades, plumbing,
building automation systems and general building repairs as well as
managing projects.

2003
As an independent HVAC/R business owner, I was responsible for scheduling,
providing quotes and maintaining a customer base of over 100 customers.
HVAC/R service and installation included residential, commercial and
industrial equipment. Efficiently handled payments from customers,
payments to suppliers and payroll.
Burrier Service Company, Mentor, Ohio July 1993-May 2002
The Burrier Service Company is a HVAC/R contactor. As service manager, I
was responsible for day to day operations of the Service Department.
Duties included effectively managing a team of 6 to 7 service technicians
and installers, organizing a preventative maintenance schedule for several
hundred customers, providing job quotes, general maintenance, service and
installation of all types of HVAC/R equipment.
