I have a Canadian MBA (Laval University) and 13 years experience in:

Strategic Planning, Budget, Forecasting, Reporting, Business Cases,

Business Plans, Analysis and Financial Control, audit plans, PMO...

I work since 2007 at the Emirates International Telecommunication LLC EIT,

I held until February 2012 the position of Senior Manager reports directly

to the CCO and I supervised a team of 5 persons. I was responsible of

Budget & Forecast, Reporting, Business Cases, analysis and management

Control at all the LOB: Sales, Mobile, Fixed, Broadband and Communication.

My cross training and my experience have allowed me to accept a new

challenge, I was assigned as a Business Partner reported to the CFO on

secondment at the Commercial & Marketing and to the Network & the IT.

I also managed all processes and tools to support Business strategy and

Business plans, I worked with management consulting firms: such as

Mackinsey, Analysis Mason, Novedia, BCG, Capgemini...

During 19 months I was Senior Business Manager in charge of the branches in

Tunisia, Algeria, Libya and Sudan. I was in charge to consolidate the

results of different branches and to create a new partnership program. I

Managed multiple tasks and plan efficiently, I created a unit for the

commercial reporting, re-organized staff and work and encouraged innovation

and developed work in team.

In Tunisiana I acted as a PMO: To support the CCO to manage the different

marketing departments (customer care, sales, communications, Mobile, Fixed,

ADSL to manage the capacity reference table from a Marketing standpoint

including outlooks related to network capacity, CPEs, SIMs & vouchers,

numbering & devices, stock monitoring to ensure delivery of marketing

roadmap for own responsibility area. I Prepared Business Plans, Business

Cases and the Budgets for the products and services.

As Business Analyst in the commercial department at Cescom (Montr al), I

was responsible of the virtual billing, fraud, and the update of the data

base with different North American operators: Qwest, Global Crossing,

Teleglobe, Primus...
