Jagson International Limited is a Limited Company with the entrepreneur’s vision of
entering into new fields of Hi-tech and priority sectors and is one of the first private sector
companies to enter into the field of off-shore drilling for Oil and Gas exploration which was
hitherto a fort of foreign companies only.
Jagson International Limited has successfully done offshore drilling in the Indian waters
for more than a decade due to excellent performance of the company, various contracts
were awarded by ONGC for offshore drilling, against stiff global competition.
Key responsibilities:
• Reporting to Chairman & Executive director
• Ensure that the project schedule and resource schedules and resource plans are properly

Achievement: Rig Pride Hawaii (Ensco) was cold stacked for over 2 years in ASRY
shipyard Bahrain. Jagson International taken over the rig. Attended cold stacked rig
with technical team, made rig operational and brought to the Shipyard for major
modification & repair.

Responsible for major hull repairing and fabrication.
Manpower planning and management of day to day activities pertaining to the various
ships/vessels in the Dry-dock/workshop activities.
Maintain strictly the time schedules for the timely completion of works of various
vessels/ workshop components.
Monitored the progress of the workers and Jr. Engineers and suggested to the senior
management regarding their short comings if any and trained them in various in-house
