benefit analysis, bond issuance and covenant compliance, and construction-related accounting.

● Work with senior staff in coordinating cross-departmental operating activities and providing business process

and regulatory advice.

● Oversee preparation and communication of periodic and annual internal/external financial reports, ensuring

timeliness, accuracy, and usefulness of financial and management reporting for the CEO, senior management
