Site In-charge Sujawal Field Nov 2012 to Present

(Mari Petroleum Company LTD.)

Mari Petroleum is one of the largest oil and Gas Company in the Pakistan

and developing its operation. Main responsibilities are to supervise the

all operations of Sujawal i.e. Well head and all downstream operation like

Glycol dehydration, Amine sweetening, hydrocarbon dew point control unit,

compression unit etc. Valuable experience of FEED/ Design within downstream

Oil & Gas projects.

Process Sectional In-charge Jan 2012 to Oct 2012

Kunnar-Pasaki Deep (O.G.D.C.L)

Main operational activities are Gas Dehydration (T.E.G.) of 150 MMSCFD,

Processing of Crude Oil 6000 BPD and LPG Recovery 45 M.Ton while 4.0 MMSCFD

Gas Re-injection in the reservoir.

Main Units of Kunnar Pasaki deep Plant are: Three phase Separators, Fin Fan

air Gas Cooler, Water Gas Cooler, Inlet Separators, Glycol

Contactor/Absorber, Flash Drum, Glycol Re-boiler /burner, Glycol

Accumulator, Sale Gas Liquid Knock out skid. Sale Gas and moisture metering

skid etc.

Process Sectional In-charge Aug 2007 to Dec 2011

BOBI Plant (O.G.D.C.L)

Plant is operating at 80 MTD LPG, 15 MMSCFD of Sale Gas while OIL

production is 2000 BPD. Operation of refrigeration package (Waukesha engine

and Howden Compressor), three parallel Gas reinjection compressors

(Waukeshau Engines and Ariel Compressors) to boost the sale gas and re-

injection gas. Operation of five integrated Integral Ajax Compressors) to

compress the overhead / stabilize gas for LPG recovery.

Shift in-charge Kunnar Plant Jan

(O.G.D.C.L) 2002 to Aug 2007

Main Units Of Kunnar Plant are: Refrigeration unit using propane as

refrigerant (My Com & CAT), Condensate stabilization unit, and Compression

unit for recycle gases, Methanol injection system for hydrate inhabitation,

LPG recovery unit, Condensate loading procedures as per safety standard,

Hot oil system as heating medium, Gas Re-injection unit for boosting the

reservoir pressure, Cooling tower unit etc.

Trainee Engineer (ARCO Water Dec

Treatment Company) 2000 to Jul 2001

Main responsibilities: To analysis the industrial water quality for use in

Boilers, Cooling Towers, heat exchangers, engines and compressors

cooling jackets and predict the harmful effects of water on the units and

also Chemical treatment of this water to utilize in the units without or

minimum metallurgical effects.

Shakar Gang Sugar Mills Jul 1998 to Aug 1998

Two months internship training at Shaker Ganj Sugar mills Jhang. Most

important training phase was on distillery units "Ethanol production from

the molasses of sugar cane".

Key Skills and Responsibilities:

. A team leader developing Plant Production Operations and co-ordinate

with support functions to ensure delivery of on-spec sales gas in line

with contractual nominations while maintaining safety & integrity of

personnel and assets. Acts as interface between head office

Management, Production and Process Crew.

. Optimization of plant parameters and troubleshooting. Reviewing PFDs,

P&IDs, data sheets for analyzing plant data to maintain Water, CO2,

H2S etc in sale gas and increase efficiency of plant, optimizing

slippage of liquid hydrocarbons. Develops ideas to enhance operations

recoveries and efficiencies.

. Preparation of Scope of Work (SOW) for the General Engineering

Services (GES) Contractor for various engineering studies, which are

out-sourced. Technical Evaluation of the bids proposals submitted by

GES Contractors for engineering studies. Coordination with the GES

Contractors for conducting the Job explanation meetings, kick off

/progress meetings, site visits, design reviews, etc.

. Prepare Business Plan. Monitor and optimize production expenses to

ensure Expenses in line with this Business plan.

Projects and Commissioning.

. Erecting / Installation and commissioning of different equipments at

KPD for the Gas Dehydration of 100 MMSCFD in 1st phase and additional

unit of 40 MMSCFD capacities in 2nd phase.

. Played a vital role in erecting, piping and commissioning of standby

refrigeration Package at Bobi Field that includes the units of

Waukesha engine, Howden compressor, Gas Chiller, Heat exchanger, Oil

Separator, Condenser Fans, PLC and other instrumentation etc.

. Also participated as a dynamic team leader for the installation and

commissioning of Reverse Osmosis plant having a capacity of 200, 0000

liters/day).
