Accounts Manager with a National Diploma in Architectural Technology and A+
Computer Application Technology.
I had to build and manage effective supplier relationships to ensure that
best trading terms are secured so as to maximize profits, including the
management of the entire Key Account Function, ensuring price
competitiveness, quality, availability and correct share of stock
allocations. I was also tasked with the implementation of an
effective administration strategy so as to achieve maximum rebates and claw
back recoveries, including the effective and proactive liaison with other
departments to ensure cross functional integration and execution of
strategy. Further to that, I had to compile and produce reports to ensure
visibility of information to enable decision making and for corrective
action to be implemented. Another key area was in supplier performance,
stock infill /availability and in/out of stock and supplier
profitability. My key performance area was in managing staff performance,

including staff development, with consistent performance review. I have a
comprehensive knowledge of understanding the annual budget and the monthly
run rate required in order to meet and exceed targets.
There was effective interaction and engagement with the Director, Store
Managers, and Buyer/Designer team to provide appropriate solutions for
customers, effectively using all account plans, value models, value
packages, case studies etc. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of
competitor's products, programs and pricing was a key factor in our

5 years experience in Building Plan Drawing and Supervision of Building and Construction.
I have experience in understanding and reading of building/house plans, I also have
knowledge in the building trade from start to finish including plumbing and electrical. I
supervise a team in the maintenance of our building and shops in all aspects of building
and upgrade and renovation so that our stores and buildings are up to standard.
20 years of Sales experience. I started of in sales and then moved up to manage a store.
When I was in sales I had to ensure that I maintained my personal monthly target,
report to manager on customer request so that the correct stock can be ordered for
the store.
15 years at Senior Sales Management Level. My duties as a store manager was to ensure
that my store reach its targets on a monthly basis, ensure that there was no pilferage in
