. Managing team members counseling, personal issues & grievances

RECRUITMENT

. Initial screening of the candidates to match the open position

. Checking availability, interest, capability, attitude, confidence and

all other prerequisites

. Basic technical round to check proficiency in basic concepts.

. Scheduling online tests and getting evaluated the output by the

technical interviewer

. Discussion with Power Hiring Panel about candidates performance in

test and taking decision about conducting further rounds

. Participating in the Power Hiring interview and evaluating the

candidate on his professional achievements and technical skills

. Conducting HR interview for the selected candidates along with salary

negotiations

. Extending offer to the candidates and getting signed the offer

acceptance

. Designing CTC with salary break-up

. Controlling Track Time to monitor employees Attendance and working

hours

. Generating leave report and sending to accounts department for salary

processing

. Managing employee queries with regard to their deductions
