Job Responsibility:

. Conduct safety inspection of work site to identify unsafe

condition & unsafe

works practices & rectify it.

. Conduct daily Tool-Box training with workers before start of

work.

. Ensure work permit ready before start of work.

. Preparation of Work Method Statement & JSA of every different

activity.

. Ensure safety in all equipment according to daily checklist &

maintain the records.

. Maintain the document related to Legal requirements.

. Ensure all procedures & practices are strictly followed by

workers.

. Provide proper training to all worker for tasks they are

performing before starting

. Daily Plant round of manufacturing area & other area in plant to

monitor unsafe condition, implementation of SOPs & to assure

maintained hygiene and sanitation

with good manufacturing practices.
