Job requirements : Customer Service / Editorial Support Agent (Bilingual)

Headcount : 2

Salary Budget : 20K basic + 20k language bonus

Working location : Parañaque

Job description :

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field

* With at least 6 mos work experience in a reputable Call Center

* Must have excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin language skills

* Must be able to understand and compose emails in English and Mandarin

* Must have general knowledge in Computer applications such as Internet Explorer, Acrobat Reader, and Microsoft applications

* Must have Helpdesk and Remote support understanding and experience

* Must have excellent analytical and problem solving skills

* Must have good typing skills, minimum of 35 wpm

* Must be keen on details
