With extensive experience in pre-construction and construction efforts of
public works projects Mr. Frisby has an expertise in managing the planning,
feasibility, design, estimating, constructability review, bidding,
procurement and execution of major programs.
Capitalizing on more than 30 years of construction experience, Dale
possesses significant expertise in construction, construction management
and project development. Highly respected in the industry he has
successfully functioned in the capacity of owner, contractor, designer,
tradesman and developer, and has been intimately involved in securing
entitlements, financing and occupancy for many projects.
Under Dale's leadership as a Vice President, his firm expanded it services
and provides a finely tuned blend of general contracting and construction
management services in response to the needs of long established repeat
clients.
His accomplished record includes a wide range of national, international
and southern California projects that range in value and complexity,
ranging from the largest projects in the world to simple office remodels.
His diverse project expertise includes undertakings in commercial,
industrial, educational, institutional, military, medical, housing, resort
