• Work as a Fiber Loss Champion in Pulp Mill to mitigate the fiber loss in the mill.

• Work closely with area and business unit managers to facilitate a Kaizen which focused on
process improvement.

• Work as the Process Engineer over various capital and energy improvement projects to
ensure project initiatives are met.
• Develop action plans and Front End Loading (FEL) process for assigned capital projects.
• Review budgetary quotes and evaluate data for consistency with previous estimates from
various contractors.
• Work as a liaison between production department and contractors
• Manage projects from $15K to $470K within their respective budgets.
• Technical expert in designing, developing, and creating acquisitions for projects.
• Exercise the responsibility of developing a scope of work for contractors which includes
detailed project specification and procurement actions.
