As Office Manager at RNA Worldwide my key responsibility was to maintain production
for an extremely busy ever changing atmosphere. RNA Worldwide was a multi-faceted
company with high demands of timely problem solving, decision making, team building
and coordination. I was responsible for overseeing employee scheduling, training, event
scheduling among other related duties. I was responsible for maintaining DOT policies,
and training our staff to follow said policies. I was also responsible for managing two
large capacity parking storage facilities. This included advertising, invoicing, accounts
receivable, and customer care. I was responsible for maintaining our events
advertisements in local papers, as well as utilizing social media. As Human resources
assistant I was responsible for all new hire paperwork, interviewing, employee
complaints, and unemployment claims.

As Enrichment Coordinator at Lakeview Park my main responsibility was to provide a

scheduling, preparation, staffing, utilizing and maintaining a budget, and resident
(customer) satisfaction. I was also responsible for scheduling staff activities, training
sessions, and socials to improve employee morale.

At St. Louis College of Health Careers I not only obtained my Medical Assisting
Certificate, but learned many of the skills I have used in my career as Office Manager. I
graduated in both front and back office training with a 3.75 GPA.
