Ameritox, Ltd. is a start-up company that produces specialized toxicology

laboratory results. The Pain Medication Monitoring Division is dedicated

to helping clinicians monitor patients receiving controlled medications to

treat chronic pain. Ameritox also provides comprehensive forensic

toxicology and specialty drug testing services to its customers.

Set the strategic direction by implementing sound technology to meet the

business market and testing production strategies set forth from our Board

of Directors. Revenue doubled in two years from $11 MM to $22 MM.

One of the largest privately owned operators of multifamily communities in

the United States with more than 62,627 apartment homes nationwide.

Created the vision and direction of Information Technology Infrastructure

for Alliance and strategically aligned the information technology

initiative with business goals.

Reduced monthly telephone costs by an average of $15 K from renegotiating

and consolidating local, long distance phone contracts, and the

implementation of the Cisco IP telephony solution and the ROI on the Cisco

IP phone system was 8.25 months. Replaced phone system was the Avaya

system.

Reduced maintenance and support cost on desktop computers by establishing

standards and contracts with Dell computers.

Successfully negotiated software purchases, licenses, support, and

maintenance agreements, which includes renewal payments on apartment unit

growth after the first 5 years, enterprise wide user access with a 10-year

maintenance cap.

Camden Property Trust 1997 - 2000

One of the largest multifamily real estate investment trusts (REITs) in the

nation and currently owns and manage 192 properties, consisting of 66,446

apartment homes.

Managed all application development and support activities of programmers,

analysts, and consulting staff. This was for the financial, human resource

and operational systems for Camden Property Trust.

Industry first in house development and operations of the Resident Utility

Billing System - This application recovered $800 K in revenues the first

year from billing water usage back to the residents at Camden apartment

homes. The system reached $1.4 MM in the second year of operations and

included management and trash fees. A competitor purchased this

application for a profit over the development cost.

Project planning and budgeting for new development and support initiatives

- This includes the software selection and implementation of new accounting

system.

IntelliSolve Group Inc. 1997

Development of client relationships, proposals, and contracts that included

interviewing and documenting customer 'needs assessment' for business

intelligence system development. Project Team Lead for on-site development

projects that included BI software of Cognos PowerPlay and Impromptu.
