Experience: Mr. Hansen has 36 years experience in surface and
underground mining, and exploration diamond drilling. He routinely provides
cost estimating, management, and contract services for various projects, as
well as, preparing engineering reports on a contract basis.
1982-Present: Self employed as a Mining Engineer and as a contractor,
conducting and overseeing mining and drilling projects in Montana, Idaho,
Nevada, Wyoming, Old Mexico, and Colombia, South America. Responsibilities
included cost estimating, project management and providing various contract
services, including the preparation of engineering reports and cost
estimates for mining, oil, and gas companies.
2001 Consulting Mining Engineer on the French Lick Mine near Redding
Ca. Explored the possibilities of operating this
historic mine at a profit
2000 Mining Engineer and Mine Superintendent for the Golden Jubilee Mine
in Granite County, Montana. Reopened an existing decline, drove
new decline, and mined a small tonnage of +/-2.0 ounce gold ore.
2007-1996 Executing drilling contract in Idaho, Montana, Nevada,
California, and Wyoming
1998 Mining Engineer and Mine Superintendent at the Jay "Gould Mine near
Lincoln, MT for Fahram Engineering. Designed and constructed a
wooden head frame and hoist house, and installed a hoist.
Reopened and timbered an existing exploration shaft on the
property.
1996 Designed and constructed surface placer gold mining facilities in
Sinaloa, Mexico for Minera El Buen Paso, S.A. De C.V. Duties
included mine design, purchasing of equipment, transporting
equipment and materials to the mine site, and setting up the
placer operation.
1995 Setup a surface and underground diamond drilling project in the Andes
Mountains of Colombia, South America for Greystar Resources
Limited.
