Client: QP, QATARGAS, GDI, DNV, LR, ABS, NV and GL.

To carryout welding inspection on various structures from the early stages of panel fabrication,

column structure, bracing fairlead foundation structure, anchor rack foundation, pontoon deck,

vertical, diagonal & horizontal bracing of the vessels. Inspection was done prior to owner

inspection (Client) accompanied by Sr. Welding Engineer.

Coordinating with Material Controller for Incoming Inspection of varies steel materials,

consumables, tools and equipment’s etc. with relevant documents like material test certificates. If

required performing mechanical test and chemical analysis in order to confirm as per project

specification and relevant International Standards. Inspection of Fit-up including material grades,

color codes, diameter, schedule, joint configuration, root gap, internal misalignment, length,

alignment, rotation etc and PMI wherever required.

Monitoring in-process welding parameters such as ampere, voltage, travel speed, heat input,

weaving, preheat & inter-pass temperature requirements & post heating.

Inspecting root for branch welds like sock-o-lets, weld-o-lets etc and other welds wherever

accessible.

Visual inspection of completed welds for weld profile and other discontinuities and

appearance.

Interact with clients to understand their specific requirements and execute Inspection accordingly.

Witness WQT, WPQR etc...

Requesting applicable NDE, PMI and post weld heat treatments & Review of NDT reports.

materials to be inform purchaser also. Cross check and put the Request Number on the project

return materials.

Maintaining the material register tracker and verify that daily. The Request Number on the

Warehouse old stock materials put as per the Heat Number. All type of grade material inspection.

QSA stock materials are releasing as per the proper MTC for WPS and PQR preparation.

If the received material plates, H beam, having no mill hard punching, QA will monitor and

reviewed MTC and give acceptance do the hard punching in such materials. If no mill mark

written the specification on pipe. Every week give report the management.

Stock materials are given acceptance releasing ware house and issued as per the proper MTC for

concerned section and ship suppieddiend.All cs, ms and ss material inspected.

When material supplier supplies before get QSA approval that material only project accepted.

Repair ship and Rig material arrange class and client inspection and owner order material valves,

pump, motor full set inspection, and raw material also inspection. Valve inspection and witness.
