Senior Project Manager
Responsible for assembling suitable teams of specialists to execute projects within the guidelines of stakeholders. Essential duties include
constructing clear and realistic project objectives, building the project requirements, and managing projects constraints; cost, time, and scope.
Assimilated resources by coordinating efforts of staff, contractors, and consultants, to ensure projects were delivered on time. During the initiation
phase it is crucial to identify objectives so teams are equipped with a clear path to completion. Project contributors are equipped with their own
unique brand and/or skill set which helps ushering project deliverables. My approach reinforces and defines performance including formal goals. In
turn the establishment of methodologies assist in accomplishing appropriate project structure, workflow organization, project control and
governance. What separates my approach from other project managers are my beliefs in the empowerment of teams and assesment of risks prior
to project intiation and throughout the project lifecycle to project completion.
