. Saved over $800,000 by establishing a parts exchange program for
maintenance that reduced number of parts ordered, shipping time, and
excess order processing time.
. Cut processing time by 40% saving the taxpayers over $1 million after
doing process analysis, acquiring additional land with building,
streamlining production layout, and realigning existing personnel.
. After initial assessment, shifted 50% of Support Operations personnel and
jobs performed to another unit to give it the same capabilities as five
other units doing the same thing. This freed up the Support Operations to
concentrate on being the liaison between higher headquarters and the six
units increasing response times on all reports and actions by 60%.
. Tasked with major build project to provide housing and life support
systems to accommodate taking the base from population of 4,000 to 10,000
in 11 months. Project was completed on time and on budget even with
changing out main contractor half way through.
. In less than a year was performing in top 10% of sales at First National
Bank of Omaha Merchant Solutions in sales force of 124 prior to military
activation.

Tracked and directed all maintenance, accountability, transportation,
issuing, and return of over 1200 vehicles and 50,000 pieces of equipment in
northern third of Afghanistan. Responsible for supervision, rating,
health, safety, and welfare of over 200 soldiers, Dept. of the Army
civilians, and contractors.
Battalion Support Officer - 3/401st AFSB - Bagram Airfield, AFG (08/2012 to
12/2012)
In charge of supporting six business units in northern Afghanistan.
Responsible for providing chain of command with recommendations and
information for base closure logistics. Responsible for supervision,
rating, health, safety, and welfare of over 100 soldiers, Dept. of the Army
civilians, and contractors.
