: HMR contractual service, managed the overall nursing staff and care to military patients at the
168 bed assisted living facility. Provided guidance, supervision, education, monitoring,
coordination and instruction to nursing staff at all levels. Staff included LPN’s, GNA’s, CNA’s,
and med tech’s. Managed the overall care and service thru theory and nursing process. Residents,
patients in this population had chronic medical, mental health, behavioral and psychiatric
