• Conducted market research on Chinese payment infrastructure with a focus on Chinese prepaid ecosystem to
formulate actionable strategies critical to China business operations and revenue generations.
• Developed business cases and ROI justifications for new markets and new product implementations, as well
as platform integration and upgrade.
• Drove all aspects of business and relationship management including seeking partnership opportunities,
evaluating third party, supply chains and on-behalf-of service providers. Engaged in all business presentations

solution mapping, walk-throughs, check-point and lessons-learned sessions to enhance and enforce project

• Gathered, complied, maintained and disseminated industry information and business intelligence across
different functions and levels throughout the company, including company-wide email distributions, newsletters,
compliance alerts, classroom training, shared-drive repository, and other communication and enabling efforts.

Technical Engagement Manager – Prepaid Solutions (December 2006 – May 2007)
• Delivered technical consultancy on prepaid solutions directly to a number of Fortune 100 clients including a top
online merchant, a major retailer’s payment system integration, and a global petroleum company’s card program
expansion.
• Defined product strategies and roadmap, engaged technically with clients from pre-contract (to influence the close
of the deal) to post-implementation (to transit the client to the designated account manager), and managed client
expectations throughout the product lifecycle.
• Identified and articulated client requirements, clarified and analyzed the rationales behind the requirements,
interpreted and illustrated the requirements to allow IT analysis and design, assessed and communicated project
feasibility, time-to-market, and other relevant considerations and oversights.
