appropriate with Postdoctoral Scholar and faculty. Draft policy exception letters on a variety

issues, include academic personnel issues, for the Chair's signature. Serve as timekeeper for

summer salary lecturers and faculty. Coordinate the set up and breakdown of administrative

services (room assignments, computer support, etc.) for visitors and Postdoctoral Scholar

appointees. Provide high level organizational, logistical, financial and administrative support

to CSE ladder rank faculty and staff. Serve as back up to the Chair's executive assistant and

APO Coordinator in their absence. Work on special projects as assigned, including event

planning, facility management projects, etc.
