Recruited to restructure and organize medium size company internally and
manage several sectors to include accounting, administrative, payroll, and
HR department. Control and organize all Central and South American
subsidiaries; provided dual accounting for European headquarters; and
developed annual budget for two subsidiaries while controlling budget
preparation for other three subsidiaries. Supervise and coordinate Accounts
Receivable Department.
. Develop and prepare necessary financial reports monthly to drive
growth for manufacturing company that produces generators, wind
turbines, and solar panels.
. Travel internationally to assist with start-up of new companies,
establish procedures, coordinate and organize several departments,
perform internal audits, and train CFOs from other subsidiaries.
. Full P&L responsibility, managing handling of budget to include
submission to HQ, execution, control, and explanation of deviations.
. Prepare, analyze and project cash flow requirements on a monthly basis

issues, open cases, claims, EPA issues, etc.
. Supported mid-year and full-year audits from external/internal
auditors and the banks with responsibility to perform Financial

. Perform due diligence for the Banks as preparing all information for
Loans and Borrowing Base Certificates.
. Provide support for shut down of a subsidiary in Puerto Rico.
