bauxites. The company was founded in 1964 and is based in Conakry, Guinea.

“Compagnie Des Bauxites De Guinée” SA operates as a subsidiary of Halco Mining Inc.

In CBG, I had to:

Supervise annual and ongoing benefit enrollment process.

Attend and lead benefit fairs and open enrollment meetings.

Consult with business units and recognize the unique requirements to ensure that

these requirements are incorporated in the health an d welfare plan provisions and

processes.

Evaluate effectiveness and cost of various health and welfare plans.

Update policies, plan documents and summary plan descriptions.

Ensure consistent interpretation of plan provisions.

Ensure the accuracy of data element transfers and the consistent application of plan
