Check CMM, Dial and Veneer Calipers, Micrometers, Linear Scales, Squares

and Tape Measures.

Operate fabrication/machining equipment daily, including but not limited to

the PAGA 345 turret punch press, Amada M-2560 shear, Amada RG80 press

brake, Toyokoki press brake, Pemserter Series 4 hardware press, AMW

Horizontal surface grinder, TimeSaver Speedbelt 24" metal finisher,

horizontal and vertical band saws, as well as your more common tools such

as belt sanders, manual lathes and drill presses(Bridgeports and similar

type knee mills).

Have assembled many sheetmetal assemblies from parts kits using supplied

drawings and included operations such as match-drilling, countersinking,

riveting and other fasteners.

Familiar with turret punch operations and it tooling components, as well as

the science behind die selection and sharpening.

Some experience in SolidWorks/SolidEdge

Familiar with AP100US programming with G code editing and solving program

errors with G code modifications.

Familiar with fastener installation, die selection and tonnage requirements

for commercial and flight hardware.

Experienced in Windows XP using it on a daily basis.

Conduct operator and above maintenance on all equipment in my department.

Commended on several occasions by upper management for good safety

practices.

Work with others daily to solve problems, incorporate changes/improvements

to their specific area.
