in 12 bases throughout northern and western Iraq.
Created written procedures to site managers to mitigate the recurrence of
corrections being issued from the government. Mandated that site managers
would meet regularly with their government counterpart on matters of mutual
concern. Within 30 days, corrections in the region had dropped to zero..
Developed written forecasts for the customer for hiring Iraqi citizens
which reduced the country's unemployment rate saving several hundred
thousand dollars annually.
Composed written guidance to forklift operators at all sites reiterating
the importance of operator maintenance. Forklifts were critical items and
had an unacceptable readiness rate. Within 4 months, 83% of sites had re-
attained an acceptable readiness rate on forklifts.
