employees running shifts 24/7. Responsible for conducting training for
salaried and hourly employees. Coordinated community relations activities.
Administered benefits plan to all employees (medical, dental, vision,
pension, retirement, fmla, std, ltd, etc). Responsible for recruiting and
hiring of all salaried and hourly employees. Highlights of performance
include:
. Successfully negotiated contract reopener in February, 2012 around
wages and medical benefits by instituting pay for performance plan and
also introducing new training around medical benefits.
